Job Description

We are looking for beauty therapists / massage therapists ( at least 2 year of employed work in similar environment).

We operate from 2 locations, Brighton center with 6 treatment rooms next to the Theatre Royal and from Hove center with 5 treatment rooms. We currently employee approximately 23 staff and looking to expand further.

• Basic salary for this position is between £9-£12 per hour (depending on experience qualifications)
• Although not guaranteed, customer tips are on average £60-£80 per month.
• 28 days of paid holidays ( prorated based on hours of work per month)

Role Outline

Delivering outstanding services that includes a variety of modern and exciting skin and body treatments.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum of NVQ 3 or equivalent in beauty/massage treatments
• Excellent customer service skills ( sales track record )
• Immaculate personal presentation, polite and well mannered.
• Computer literate
• Self-motivated
• Good team player
• At least 1 year of experience in similar environment
• Training on at least one skincare brand

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out a range of Treatments to an extremely high standards
• Achieving consistently high Retail Targets per month
• Building a regular client base
• Working the majority of weekends and some shifts up to 8pm
• Ensuring Treatment Rooms are of a consistent high standard
• Carry out any other reasonable tasks requested by Management Team to aid the smooth running of the Spa

Desirable Knowledge and Experience (although not necessary as training can be provided):

• Knowledge of Elemis facials and product range
• Experience with Crystal Clear Microdermabrasion
